    Look if your getting a hard erection and extremely turned on at ONE single image, even a a non nude image. Yet you can't get an erection just using your imagination or when your with a woman, to me that seems like sexual conditioning and not so much desensitisation.

    I personally don't think there can be that much of a huge problem if a single image can turn you on that much and get you as good an erection?

    Desensitization is more about sexual performance and ability to reach climax, not erection. Sexual conditioning and performance anxiety can be responsible for erection problems. A lot of sexual problems starts with head.
