Its gone on long enough

Its been over 30 years of addiction to masturbation, and porn when I could get it. Now its so easy to find and its everywhere. I've tried to stop so many times, but I can't. Its tied deep into my psyche as a way that I deal with stress and anxiety. Longest pauses (3 months or so) have been at the start of relationships, but then I slip back into the habit and I can't stop. It poisons my mind and makes me anxious and withdrawn. It ruins my relationships, both sexual and with friends. I am desperate to rid myself of this. I am trying this community as a way to break free of this burden.
