I have used the same name as my reddit account so please feel free to look me up there too. Going to cross post my post from there.

I imagine every story of acceptance and knowing you have a problem starts out like this. 26, found porn at a young age. Growing older it lead to more porn via the internet with friends and anytime that I could. My parents caught me with some porn on the PC and I played it off like it wasn't mine.
I fap constantly. Sometimes once a day. Sometimes up to three to four times a day. It's time to rid myself of this demon. I am addicted to pornography. Get bored? Oh, let's fap! Get on a computer the temptation of looking up porn is there. Like another post here I feel powerless to this addiction to this habit. I have looked up porn at work.
I have tried things like this before and only made it three days or so. But this time it's different. Thanks for taking the time to read all. Time to go delete all the pornography off of the computer and take my life back.

I also have moved to more and more hardcore porn to get myself off. Thanks for reading all.

  2. Hy Jeremy, welcome to NoFap. I was just the same as you. 25, porn since young age, hardcore stuff, multiple PMO-s per day. I used it when I was bored or just had nothing to do.
The community here is really very helpful, and they can help you get rid of this addiction, to live a more awesome life that you can imagine!
    Stay strong!

Thank you so much for the response and kind words! I have viewed this community a few times but never thought I had a problem. As the old saying goes reality is a b****. I want to kick this now rather than have to worry about when I get married and potentially ruining a great thing. Thanks again!

  4. As far as I understand, PMO will not ruin your marriage. It will PREVENT it. And now everything seems much more serious. Most guys make the same mistake as I. Underestimate the effects of PMO. But this is no joke. If you really want to have an awesome relationship with a real girl, and you even want a great marriage, quitting PMO is not an option. Is a necessity. Either you stay with PMO, or you quit, and side yourself with real, wonderful, beautiful women. You can't have both. I'm sorry, that's the harsh truth. If you want, check out my thread, it's in the between 25-29 section. I have my nickname in the title, shouldn't be too hard to find. I post everyday and I tell information related to PMO as well as my own experience.
Stay strong, and stay clean! WAAAAGH!!!
