Just landed here

Hi all,
starting from today, I want to join your crew.
I had been reading this site from this morning, so I'm not used to all the terms yet, sorry if I misuse some of them. Also, sorry for my crappy English.

Long story short: a couple of years ago I saw a tedEx conference about brain and porn. I was already aware of the change in my arouse behaviour, compared to my early twenties, so I tried, autonomously, a three-month "reboot". The easy-mode, I think it is called. It ended pretty well, but after some months I lost the positive effects and fell into the old habits again.

So here I am, trying this time to perform a proper reboot.
