Hello everyone, I stumbled across this website while doing some research in my efforts to quit PMO forever. It took me a few weeks to finally make an account and join yall to help aid me in my efforts to quit recover from this disease that has led to my ED problems. I have PMO for about 10 years. Im currently 23 years old. I just got married 11 months ago. I started my journey 3 days ago and just wanted some advice and steps to heal myself? My biggest question right now is when can I have sex with my wife within the reboot process? Thank you.
If you are not having physical issues I would say discuss it with your wife and see what works best for you both.
Well Im having ED problems which is what lead me to finally accept that my addiction to porn is the cause of it. Ive heard that I have to abstain from PMO for atleast 30 days before I can have sex? And that having sex can speed up the reboot process as well?
The severity will determine the time. I can't say exactly when but for me I could definitely feel when things became much more sensitive down there than it had been in a long long time.
