    Hi guys. I am glad that there is a dedicated community to help people like me quit porn. I am an intelligent person who is locked up in this vicious cycle of porn addiction. I have had days in which i have abstained from porn only to reset a few days later. Today, I have made a strong and a concrete decision to quit porn. I am sure that i will quit porn, InshaAllah. Porn has consumed all my productivity, focus and concentration. Today i have decided to take my life back under control and that too for as long as i live. I am hoping all you guys will surely be of a lot of help. I thank NoFap's admins and all those who have thought of this website and provided a platform for guys like me to discuss and seek help in quitting porn. Thanks a lot. My NoFap journey has just begun..

    Hi,

    I read in some other post by you that you have a wife and want to improve your sexual relation with her. Did you tell her that you are on this journey?

    I'm in the same spot as you are, but I wonder if I should tell...

    I told it to my girlfriend. It gas ben hard to tell forma me and hard to accept gor her. She understood the problem, and now she is helping me. I'm a lucky guy and she is a wonderful person and i've never felt so much love. I suggest you so much, sexuality is an important matter in the relationship an we are glad to repare what pmo did to me (and after alla to us). I'm firmly convinced that sexuality begins very far from the bed. It's very painful but IMO it's worth it!
