Just turned 20 3 days ago and I will quit PMO on May

    Today is my 3rd day of without porn and masturbating and I will hope to try again to quit porn and masturbation this month. Because I been struggling to stopped since I wanted to go back but now this month, I want to stop this month.

    Since I turned 20 years old since April 30, I will urge to stop masturbation and porn this month so that I can get myself back together!

    Good job dude that you started early in your life,ive started nofap at 25..i wish i had started at 20.
    No matter the dificulties dont turn back on the addiction..
    And even if you relapse continue your journey,make it a lifestyle.
