Social media is a trigger for a lot of us. Depending on how you use it, it could even be considered a p-sub. Maybe it's time to cut it out completely? If giving up PM is important to you, that's the path you might have to walk. It's far from easy in the world we live in, but it's certainly possible.

Other than that, I'd advice you to read up a lot on porn addiction. The more you internalize those hard facts as well as recipes of failure and success from others, the easier it becomes. You'll also need will power, but don't forget that it's a learning process. Your brain - that is, you - thinks it needs porn to function. You need to convince it otherwise.
