Kundalini and NoFap

    Hello, I'm new to nofap and I'm on day 8 and I came across some videos where they were saying you could activate kundalini through nofap and that if you aren't ready it could make you go crazy?

    I'm not interested in kundalini and just want the benefits from nofap.

    Welcome here! Don't worry about Kundalini. You will get out of NoFap exactly what you want out of NoFap. If you just want the benefits of NoFap, that's all you'll get. I encourage you to get involved in this community and I encourage you on your journey to health! Welcome here! :)
