Apologies about the late intro but just wanted to share my excitement and appreciation as I embark on this new endeavor. Just a brief thumbnail about myself: Discovered NoFap 1 month ago by chance on youtube and after looking through countless video testimonies I decided to take the plunge. Exposed to PMO activities since I was 12 or 13 and have been corrupted since then. This has really impeded my social, professional and sex life. I am now 14 days in without masturbating and really proud to have made it this far but I've still been watching porn . Hopefully as time goes by I will be less dependent and eventually stop watching it all together. I am really happy to be apart of NoFap and I view this community as a team. You must make a very firm resolution about what you want, and commit yourself. It's a hard battle; your likelihood of success is a lot greater if you know you are truly committed to that battle.
