Left my GF, hard to do PMO -suggestions?

Almost 2 months ago I left my former girlfriend and felt really good about it. Soon after that I started to do go NoFap No PMO.

Shortly after that I met a girl with whom I have had sex with and masturbated. Because I amsturbated and had pornographic fantasies to cum while masturbating I reset my counter to day one.

I want to do the 90 day PMO streak yet feel restricted to date new women out of fear that my addiction lies deeper than just fapping, but sex and women themselves. I get caught up in thoughts of putting myself into a cage to not meet new women and get past my breakup pain.

I spend many days at home feeling lonely and my thoughts go back to my ex. Which frantically isn't healthy at all. Neither would it be healthy for me to be around this woman.

Would you suggest to not be so hard on myself and go with PM and allow O when I go out on dates or go full cold turkey for 68 more days and then go back to dating?

I have the feeling if I don't find girls I am missing out and "losing" the break up. Don't know if you can relate. The feeling to not be pimping with the belief that she is meeting other guys is a painful cycle I find myself in over the last two weeks.

 

I'm sorry to hear Merlionno. At the same time let me tell you that this is the best time to reinvent yourself and the best time to become the man you want to be. Take time for yourself. Find out what you want, search for knowledge and apply that knowledge to become the man you want to become. When you meet your ex after enough time she will recognize the New you and be the one who will be angry about herself that she dumped you. That is how you win the breakup.

In my case what I mean by losing the breakup is I have the feeling inside of me that if I dont meet more girls and hook IP with them I feel like I dont realize one purpose of leaving the old relationships because one reason for leaving was that I wanted to meet New women. Just by writing this I realize how fucked up this way of thinking is and which makes me a slave, adding to the addiction cycle to meet girls in order to numb a hole inside of me. Life can be sometimes ironic.
