    Greetings all. I am a 21 year old college student. I have had various success in the past battling P and M. Due to recent events of having my girlfriend of 2 years break up with me on New Years Day. This has sent me in a downward spiral of binge watching porn and I have had enough. I wish to be free of this bondage holding me down and holding me back. I am looking for a community of brothers (and sisters) who are like-minded in this quest to be free. I look forward to the future with the strength of those around me. I aim to be free and build up a strong enough defense to survive the struggle.

    "Hard mode"-ing for the next week, to turn into the next month, to turn into a lifetime.

    I can identify with what you say. I fought hard with my wife yesterday and MOed. I think that the main point is not PMOeing alone, but rather to try to live each day the REAL life, not the dumb life PMO promises us. Thus, it is easier not to resort to PMO every time we have an emotional setback.
