About a month ago I was able to abstain from masturbation for a period of about 6 days and I saw the results then I masturbated and I remained in the absence for another 3 days then it happened again and I abstained for 1 day, I relapsed. It 's strange the way it happens, in one of my previous post you can find it, you start to think that you can handle the situation even giving up sometimes but in the end, every time, always, fall in the vortex.
