    I have tried to stop a bunch of times but always stumble on something along the way. I think it’s time for me to get more involved in the forums which I hope will increase my level of commitment. I plan on really tracking my progress this time around instead of just passively hoping for the best. If anyone wants to point me in the direction of some accountability&check in threads that would really help.

    Sup Mate??I have been trying it For almost a year But always failed due to low Will power.. But nofap has helped me To be productive and more energetic
