Looking to make a change

Hi. Statred PMO at 27. I had already been married for 2 years, sx was good and pretty regular. I am wondering if anyone else has had a smiliar experience like what I am about to post. I started playing multi-player on line games at that time, after a few months I became totally addicted to the game. I played constantly. Spent less and less time with my wife, obviously not giving us much time to be intimate. I would play my game late at night, started surfing the web and would get my release. Once or twice a week at first. Would spend time with the Mrs, have sex once a week, sometimes less. But, within a few months I found it easier to use porn and jack off as opposed to having sex. A copule of months would go by, Mrs would complain we were not spending enough time together so I would stop gaming, spend time with her, but I found the sex less satisfying. This cycle went on for about 5 years. I blamed rhe gaming, so I stopped playing. BUT, I continued to make time for the porn. I have never been able to go longer than a week without it. I watch it now at least 5 times a week, I don’t always jack off, but I still watch it. I sometines plan out my day and base it on when will I have time for it. I plan days where I know I will have th hiuse to myself, and watch it for hours. I just know this is not a good place to be. I am wasting time, taking away focus from family and friends etc.
