    Hey brother I masturbate after 24 in this period I feel good but in 24 days I watched porn and I masturbate and I became very lazy again and I want to get rid after it
    Brothers I have completed my 24 days in leaving porn addiction but in 24 or between I watch littleslush website and website and I masturbate so many times
    If you know how to stop this please because I again want to stop.

    Ask to yourself why i do this?
    What caused this, frustation , lonelyness, anxiety, identify the origin is a step.
    Make a prevention plan too , study your urges ,what days appears,how i could confronte this(what works in the past) this how your learn from the mistake, write all this.

    Mastrubation is not a problem if you do this in a limit . So first stop watching porn , when you stop watching porn mastrubation will automatically in control
