Masturbation Addict

Hello, I’m Joe, I’m a 17 year old senior in highschool. I’ve started masturbating since 6th grade. Overtime, masturbation started taking over me. It firsf started by me masturbating once almost every week. Now I masturbate twice to three times everday. Whenever I see any picture of models I get sexually aroused. Even at school I usually find myself checking girls out which turns me on. It’s gotten to the point where sometimes i’d go to the bathroom and do the deed. I’m shy when it comes to talking to girls. I interact with them almost everyday but not enough and I don’t feel confident. I don’t masturbate because I feel horny, I now masturbate because it feels more like a chore. I’ve tried finding something that I like to keep myself busy but I didn’t seem to help. I seek to change and stop doing this horrible habit.
