Morning wood and other temptations.

  1. Hi everyone,
    For me, the strongest urges to relapse are when I get morning wood and and when I see a trigger that reminds me to PMO. What I do when that happens is log into Nofap to get my mind of the urge. It works but I feel these urges are getting stranger by the day.

    Morning wood is the closest I've gone to relapsing because I'm already primed and ready to go. What I do when that happens is remind myself about my goals, get out of bed as quick as possible, pee and get out of the bathroom quick. Peeing always brings it down.
    Man, this isn't easy. Is anyone else having the same issues?

    I'm not. For some reason I don't have morning wood. I feel incompetent

    Hi mate!

    I have those issues as well especially at night. I am able to control my morning urges as I usually have to get ready for work and that makes me get out of bed quicker and focus on that. However, I struggle to control my urges in the evening so I usually go for a run or take a long walk and then a cold shower which makes me feel better. I also have a "diary" where I write how I feel, why I think I am having that urge and how I can mitigate it.
