Motivation to continue is fading away...

Running away is not an option... Facing the urge is... Control comes from practice... Sometimes I have an urge and as I have mobile all the time, so I search for things... But countless failures later I have learned to just stop at the search and I do not click on the link... Today I searched 2 times ... One time on google and the other on Youtube... But I stopped there... Neither visited the site... Nor watched the video... Its tempting to see Porn but ask yourself: is it worth it? Answer is NO!... Always ask yourself at the critical moment... Is it worth it?... You know the answer in your head.... No!
I hope that I learn not to search rather than to stop...but its a big improvement... If I can make it... So can you!
