    Hi everyone! Call me MDubb, I'm glad I found this site because now I can talk about my issue. I have been choking myself for almost 16 years and now I'm getting tired of it. It's like a drug. Every tint I think about porn or think about a women I get at it. I just want this to stop and I pray you guys cone along with me for the ride. I believe God sent me to nofap. I'm glad to be her
