Well it finally happened ive gotten past the 30 day mark. Im not really sure what to say exactly except I’ve always wanted to post here but ive never been able to because previously my best streak was 12 days which I attained in early May. Ive been at it for a little over 2 years now and If anyone actually reads this and is struggling just know that the only way I was able to go 30+ days was that I focused on health and fitness and like bettering myself in other ways first then when I did that not PMOing followed. I believe that im gonna reach 90 days im one third of the way there and I feel like I have to much momentum to stop now. As for benefits my porn induced ED has been starting to go away and Ive started having wet dreams again. Ive also gained some more confidence and some luck with women too. Anyone can do it we all just have to keep on fighting because eventually through trial and error and fate we will all be free from our addictions
