    Hi, I'm saje, I just arrived and I've heard about the nofap initiative while watching a video on youtube, I masturbate since my 11~12 years old and today, I can not stop masturbating or seeing pornography, it took me a long time to get help, but I'm here.

    Welcome Saje! I also started very young and found myself addicted to shameful behaviors when I got older. I'm here to tell you that the nofap community and resources have helped me tremendously. I stay connected with nofap, reading and responding to posts as well as keeping a reboot journal. This holds me accountable as well as forces me to participate in this community. I was completely helpless and full of shame and hatred of myself when I found nofap. Now my life is improving exponentially each and every day. Glad you are here my friend.
