My PMO related New Years Resolutions

Today is New Year's Eve. This same day last year I swore that I would quit PMO in 2021, but as you can see, I failed.
Quitting PMO is tough, a lot of users that I have seen on this website are years into their recovery, with a long way to go still. Others are showing what they did during years that helped them quit for good. Others are just now realizing they want to change this aspect in their lives, and others are starting to do so.
All these users have something in common. THEY HAVEN'T GIVEN UP. And neither will I.
Today marks a year that I've been battling this addiction seriously, but I have only achieved short 3-4 day streaks usually, with some occasional week long streaks and very rare times in which I abstained for two weeks. However, I've picked up healthy habits such as working out regularly and eating way healthier and more controlled.
A lot of things happened this year. Good things and bad things. But right now, I put this year in the past and focus on the future, without forgetting the knowledge I gained during the year.
I split my New Years resolution in 2 time periods. For the first half of the year, my objective is to have all 6 months with at least 90% days without PMO. Never doing PMO is obviously my final goal which is what I will be constantly going for, but if I fail at least I can still make some progress. I track this on another thread that I update when I relapse or when I feel like it.
Then, for the other half of the year, my objective is getting those 90 days no PMO. Obviously if I reach them I'm not done, i continue without PMO forever.
It has been a tough year, and 2022 will also be. But with my whole strength I will fight for 2023 to be a little less shit.
