    Hello everyone,

    My name is Sami, I'm 20 years old and I'm addicted to pornography and masturbation for a very long time.

    If you are 20 then it's a great time to stop! If you read the stories here, there are many many many people who would love to start getting porn out of their lives at 20.

    20 means no wife to disappoint, no family to risk losing. However, it also means less people to watch out for you. You should try to find another member here that you can communicate with en francaise and who will commit to keep you accountable.

    Keep busy with studies, put yourself places where you won't have the problem, such as studying at a library and not at home, and that will be a good place to start.
