    The benefits are real, especially in the beginning.
    I became socially stronger and more charismatic.
    I dated 3 different girls (after being terrible with girls for years) and the hottest girl in school had a crush on me. I also had the motivation the go swimming on sunday mornings at 8 oclock. And best of all, my deressive episodes and suiidal thoughts decreased drastically.
