Hi guys! I'm from Russia, I'm 17 and I'm trying to get rid of masturbation addiction. I realized that I need somebody to see my progress so if I try to relapse I'll realize that I'll need to write about it on the forum. So now I feel a bigger responsibility for this. Also I want to try to have another good habits such as meditation and everyday physical activity (pushups, pullups etc.)
I'll see a progress from 1 to 5. I'll rate: Social skills (3,5 points) Physical form (3 points) Will power (2 points) After some time I'll check it again.
I'm writing now "Superhuman by Habit" by Tynan. There is a line about triggers that control our habits so I tried to find my triggers to NoFap. My main NoFap trigger is my smartphone. I relapse at moments when I go to the bathroom or when I go to sleep with my phone with Internet. Every time I say to myself: "I take it just to read a book / to check social media / etc." but always it ends up really bad. So I need to get rid of the triggers or change my actions after them.
