    Hey,

    I am 24 years old with compulsive behaviour, which affected me personally and professionally. Hence, I have decided to put an end to it.

    Welcome bro!
    I suggest starting a journal Ages 20-24 I believe that to be helpful as it makes you feel more accountable and you can also help/inspire other fapstronauts!
    I also suggest reading nofap's pdf if you haven't already https://www.nofap.com/wp-content/up...86ff8546d4e7ef651f238aa2edbb9c8b7cff03e0b16a0 at least the sections you can benefit from, as it goes over the pmo addiction in further details and Why the brain was addicted in the first place, so I believe that's helpful as well!
