    Hello @sdcfvgbhnjmk, good you joined the nofap community. I am sure you will find buddies your or around your age and that you can share and give each other support. We're in this together. And we are supporting each other to get and stay clean and sober. All you need to bring is a strong determination to quit. And not give up. Know and clearly visualize who you want to be a year from now, what life you want to live and go for it. Grow in wisdom and strenght and keep going. No matter what. Never give up.
