I feel the need to open up and be honest with someone, anonymously at first, but don't want to trigger anyone. The internet is a dark place, and I have gone places this past year I swore I never would contemplate. I know others have been there, but again, I don't want to overshare and cause a relapse. The thought of what I've looked at is repulsive to me now, but I know the nature of the beast, and what is disgusting one minute is irresistible the next. When you first find PMO, you can see more naked ladies than you could ever imagine. Over time, the novelty fades, and it's common for people to start looking for more ... different ... types of P. There is such a variety on the internet nowadays, including many things that are horrible, even illegal, things to do. But only the freaky stuff is enough for us to get off, so we go further down the rabbit hole. If you've gone and looked at something detestable, you're not the only one. I have looked at disgusting stuff before, and I am ashamed. My last PMO was to something disgusting, and the regret and shame I felt afterwards was the thing that made me go and immediately sign up to nofap. Now you're here, you're on the right track to losing any need for weird and articifical P, and being able to enjoy life. If you ever need advice or support, that's what these forums are here for.
