does anyone else here sweat alot when they are nervous. im just wondering if there is a connection between porn addiction and sweating alot when nervous. any feedback would be great
Yes. I find this interesting as I've always sweated a lot since my early 20's. Usually I'll have sweat patches throughout the day on t-shirts. At work I wander around in a vest, I get that embarrassed by it, as well as using copious amounts of deodorants in the morning. I get the nervous sweating thing too. If I'm nervous my forehead will drip sweat and my pasty, white face will blush red. That being said, I believe I have a case of hyperhidrosis which has caused the excessive sweating. It's just something I can't control. All started, I believe when I started exercising hard and then partaking in long distance cycling. Look for ways to control your nervousness if that's the problem. I have a technique where I touch my thumb with the two fingers directly next to thumb and take a deep breath to calm and center myself. Might sound silly, but it works for me.
