hello fellow fapstronauts , i started nofap about 4 months ago i would have to say and it didnt go well . My record is 9 days without pmo and that was like literally when i heard about nofap , and then i fell into my old ways pmoing once a day, sometimes i would try and last like 2-3 days but thats it. Today i pmod on my 3rd day which made me register here , cause i want to reboot really badly and i cant seem to do so. Main reason why i wanted to do this is low confidence and my social skills, i dont think they are the best. Well anyway thanks whoever read this and im gonna try to be active here and overcome my addiction .
