    Hey NoFap Community!
I just signed up and am open to trying this out. I was recently cheated on and abandoned by my ex and I’ve been struggling to get back out on the scene. Everything was going well in my point of view but she dumped me over the phone, left my stuff outside her house, and started to see her new man. I was torn up for months, not able to make music, and filled with hate and anger. I’ve been watching porn since I was 14 or so (29 now) and think now is the best time to stop and get my motivation back. I started to make music again recently, and that got my confidence up. Now I’m abstaining from PMO. I started going to a yoga studio and meditation daily, but porn is my biggest weakness. I plan to stay away from alcohol and drugs as well but this is gonna be one hell of a challenge. Thank you for reading and best of luck to all of you!

Welcome to NoFap, bro. I'm 29, too. Meditation can be a big help, so I think you should continue to do that. It's not going to be easy to win against PMO, but I believe you can do it. By coming here, you are showing that you are committed, so you've already made a step in the right direction.
