Hi I'm starting a "reboot" tonight, I guess. I am extremely sad. My addiction to porn is at least 15 years old now, half of my entire life, and older than some of you maybe. It keeps getting darker and darker. I don't know if I believe in higher powers but I have started even to pray for it to stop. This has not worked so far. Shame is killing me inside. I feel sympathy for myself and I want me to get better. It is sad for any person to feel such shame and powerlessness. Any tips would be appreciated. I'm kind of foggy and can't even figure the site out too well. I wouldn't mind getting an accountability partner or whatever will help. I would also like to start my counter. Anyway that's all I got for now.
