    Hi guys.

I'm 23 years old and I have been addicted to porn for a couple of years now. I relapsed about 2 hours ago and decided to join this site and its great that there is a community I can reach out to because I really need it right now!

I am going to beat this addiction starting now. I am going to put in all the effort and determination I can muster. If you guys have any tips or strategies that might help that would be incredible

As I said in another thread, try to control your gaze. Avoid looking at ads in the newspaper or on TV that fuel your sexual appetite. If you're at a gym working out, you know there will be women there wearing yoga pants and other types of clothing that are not modest. Don't look at them.

    Hey @JM Mind Warrior ,
    Welcome to noFap fam.
i can give you an advice. Its better to stay away from the things that you get triggered to even if it is YouTube,Facebook,etc....
The best way to walk through this addiction is self control and disciplined life.It might be difficult, but hard times brings out the best of you.You might fail/relapse,but dont stop there reset your daily counter and start it from beginning. Nothing is impossible.

Find an Accountability partner. Also update everyday in this forum.
