New fapstronaut here!

hey everyone! I'm 23 years old and I'm pretty new to NoFap but it's great already! I've been trying to reboot for almost a year now with many relapses along the way. And I've been single for 6 months after a long term relationship so I'm hoping completely rebooting can help my love life!

PMO has been very prevalent in my life since I was 13, and I was exposed to lots of P before that. But I'm almost at a 40 day hard mode streak! I think 40 days is a lot but I have a long way to go. I'm hoping that having this community to help me and being able to help others in similar situations will finally kick this habit for good!

 

Rebooting will definitely help! No matter how long it takes! We can all do this together!
