came across this site and i m hopeful it will help me get over my porn & masturbating addiction. although i have been trying abstinence for 5-6 yrs but each tym i always fall back to square1. i m trying to put an end to this because i think porn and masturbation has effected my confidence and self esteem badly. i now suffer from anxiety and can't stand people. whenever i don't fap for 10-15 days i feel confident about myself and my anxiety reduces but next day i m fapping again, and the cycle continues. please help me stop this....
