    Hi fellow fapstronauts,
I wanted a new grip on life.I am 24 yr old now. Its been over 10 years with this habit of PMO, i am really in need of reboot, I had tried earlier many a times to quit this, but i guess the brain is highly wired.I am really fed up with all that guiltiness, brain fog and what not. This reboot is the only way i see to rewire my brain.I am in relationship for last 1 year and this habit of mine is killing me. I am not able to keep going for even a single day without PMO nowadays.
I want to quit watching porn, put an end to addictive fapping, and free my mind from all these thoughts and have a simple beautiful mind.
I was reading around this site, about the porn addiction and reboot. I still dont get how to use this site. It will be great if someone here help. I am ready for a reboot.

  2. Hello radioboy, and welcome to NoFap! Check out our starter e-book if you haven't already. It will provide you with all the information you need to get started on your reboot.

I spent 10 years as well, even more, in my PMO habit, and I have struggled with a lot of guilt (as well as brain fog). Rebooting has helped with the brain fog, but with the guilt I had to learn how to process my emotions. Whenever those guilty thoughts arose, I would just be there with them, not trying to drive them away, just observe them. Eventually I learned that I was not those guilty thoughts, that they had no relation to who I was as a person. I was then able to be free from them.

Wish you the best in your reboot, and if you have any questions, feel free to drop me a line!

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and not judge you.

What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

Thanks for the support, I don't really have a clear strategy.
Well I try to get engaged in work, particularly, I got a big exam coming up in next week, though i get distracted, often, i try to focus on exam preparation and get maximum involved in it,so that my mind doesn't get bored and u know moving into PMO. But it never really worked, to be honest, today if i am able to complete will be Day 1 of reboot, I had an urge just know, (saw an actress in a tempting posture in the news paper!) so i suddenly came to nofap, to see if any one replied to my post yesterday.I pray i be able to make through this day with out PMO, the upcoming exam is too important to me, that i cannot afford to keep anything else in my mind, but shit happens all the time, but today it's gonna change.

I still don't get, how to put the counter

  7. You can get a tracker by going to this link: https://pmo-tracker.appspot.com/back-or-forward . However there are some bugs with the counters at the moment. We are working on developing our own tracker, as the current tracker was developed and is supported by a third party.

If you have subscribed to the newsletter, you will be emailed the e-book in a pdf form. Also if you need help using the site, please check out our "How to use the NoFap forums" guide.
