I'm 23 from the UK and haven't been able to stop by myself, hoping setting a challenge like this will help. I can let myself down easily but hate letting someone else down so getting through 90 days with an AP would be great. HMU. I am looking forward to freeing up time to do something more productive than jerking off.
Hey auhsoj, Welcome to the NoFap community! There's a whole section of the forums dedicated to connecting APs. Check it out. I recommend reading this information on rebooting. I've found it helpful in knowing what to expect. Another thing I recommend is doing the 7 day challenge early on during your reboot. Getting through 7 days is a big achievement in itself and it can really help boost your confidence. Feel free to message me or anyone else here if you have questions or want to talk. One of the ways I got involved with the fellowship was by reading some really great journals. I've included journals from all age groups, spiritual members, religious members, secular members, male and female. You should find journals that help. If not, look around, there are hundreds of others from which to choose. When I say "it works if you work it", reading journals is part of that work. Once you open a journal, click "Watch Thread" in the upper right of the page to get alerts when new posts are made.
