Hello I've been going through this off and on. Sometimes even years but just when I thought I'm free, something triggers it and I'm back to watching it again. I feel ashamed, lost, and unforgiven by God. I've gotten to the point where I stopped cold turkey and it worked for awhile, but it always seem to come back. I don't want to go back ever. My hopes is to be finally free for good, that's why I joined. I want to be accountable for my actions. I can't do it by myself. I tried. I need help!

Thank you. I thought I would set my alarm to wake up and pray. I found a meditation app and I figure if I use my time better, while accessing my time here daily, I hope i can accomplish what I to set out to do. First off idle time is when I mess up, so I must find something to do then. Thanks for the encouragement.
