    Hello Everyone,

    My name is Jeff, I am 28 years old from Florida. I first started watching porn around the fifth grade and was ofcourse very captivated by it. I had a lot of family stuff going on and grew up using porn as a coping mechanism. Of course my porn addiction grew and I started using it to wake up, relax, cure being board, and calm down before going to sleep. I knew I had a problem but it wasn't until things downstairs stopped working during sex that I knew I had to act on this. I am currently seeing a therapist, and I have told my wife about my addiction who is very supportive. I hope to seek more support here to help me end this habit. Thank you.

    There are lots of people on here that have had success overcoming the habits you’re describing. Use their knowledge and experience to your benefit! I’m new here but I’ve found it to be very helpful so far!
