Hello I’m new here and as of today I’m starting a 90 day reboot. I don’t enjoy porn or masturbation it bothers so much that I do it. I have been trying to stop for a few weeks and realize I need help, prayers, and encouragement. As a happily married man although this has not had any effects on my intimacy in my marriage yet I know it will if I don’t get a handle on it soon.
It's good that you're being proactive. As there are lots of stories from older guys who let it go unchecked and later have regrets. Good luck and keep everyone posted!
