    Hello,
    I'm 19 years old and started M when I was 12-13, i didn't watch P until I was 14-15.
    After being bullied in elementary school I pretty much isolated myself from society and suffered from severe depression, I also started smoking and abused alcohol but I managed to overcome these things and now I want to fight the next thing and stop fapping
    My Journey started on the 25.08.19 but I didn't manage to get over 14-days so I decided to go here.
    My last relapse was on Halloween so my goal is to first comple No Nut November and then the 90 days and I'm confident to make it this time
