    I am 20 now and wasn't masturbating for last 19 to 20 days. But today gave up and after that have a feeling like something has happened in my forehead. When I had stopped 19 days back I thought I will not do it for the rest of my life.
    I am from India and little on the spiritual side. Was just finding that will it create any problem later or not and landed here on nofap.
