    Hi
    I'm a guy from New Zealand. I have just started on a 30 day challenge with 30 challenges! One of them is abstaining from PMO and devoting a lot of that wasted focus on more positive things! I'm excited for a month of change and a little scared! By some of the things I need to do but here's to 30 days of change.

    I know right, I have wasted so much time and energy on PMO, time and energy that could be put to much more positive and truly fulfilling things.
