I struggled through PMO for years. I feel that this time is the wining time. I have decided to overcome that addiction. I hope that I get enough will power to overcome PMO. Overcoming that addiction will allow me to conquer anything else I want to do. Need you all help and motivation thanks. 3rd day.

it is been 6 days and life is going fine. I get some urges but I try to stop thinking about them. I also try to put my eye away any triggers on the internet or the streets. Hope to keep going.

  4. Hey y1277y!

Hope you are hanging in there? I’m on day 4, had a huge battle today to not PMO when my fried rice container EXPLODED in my microwave, now there is fried rice stuck in the vents and I was so disheartened my brain thought “Dude, you need some PMO to pick you up.” But I haven’t yet, and have just now jumped on the forums to distract myself.

You can do it! Hang in there, get knocked down, sure, but never quit.
