Hello Y'all. I am a 29 year old male. I have been addicted to pornography since I was 16. I have been diagnosed with major depression 6 yrs ago. I strongly believe my addiction has played a major role in it too. My self-worth is in abyss. I believe I am worthless piece of garbage who doesn't deserve anything in life. Time to time I tried to keep this addiction under control, but always relapsed in just few days and every-time the urge is stronger. Physically, I experience premature ejaculation and it is just hard to get excited with just my girlfriend alone. I need a super macro stimulus or a very novel stimulus to get a hard-on. Finally, I am not insane. Its a relief to know there are people who believe this is an addiction and a serious problem which cannot be dealt by just sheer will power. I am glad I found this community to share my experiences with and seek support.
