Hi, I'm Brent. I just joined this group. I have a porn addiction. I've looked at online porn most of my life, with very few periods away from it. It has caused some issues, but I've pretty much led a normal life. Until lately that is. I'm now dealing with what i think might be depression. I'm tired all of the time and don't do any of the things I used to do. I'm not active at all anymore, which used to be really important to me. I'm struggling financially and don't take the steps I need to resolve my financial difficulties. And all this while, I still find time to watch porn. It's like it's my only desire, but it doesn't even feel like one. I don't crave it, I just do it. I don't even know why. It's a routine I guess. I don't know. I know I don't like where I am and I'm lonely and could use some help from the universe.

It's a circle, if you don't stop pmo, you also won't do so many useful things. If you stop, your mind becomes clearer, you can work harder, you will be less tired and more confident. I am sending a prayer for you, good luck and try hard! Get rid of the routine!

Welcome to the community, @NewBrent. I can really relate to you on that feeling of depression. That is exactly where I was at the end of last year. I couldn’t seem to break the cycle of it all and I felt really isolated and alone. This is a great place for you to find support and motivation. Learn from other people’s journeys on NoFap. Give yourself a chance to dig deep into your motivations for engaging in PMO, and I know that you can carve out a path to freedom. I have a very long way to go myself, but I can confidently tell you that my depression is nothing like it was before. You can do this, man. You deserve to be free from it all.
