Welcome on board brother , well i can relate to your situation in some way , i am unemployed too and i dont study , like my concentration on studies is very weak for now , i never developed this habit of studying because i have always been indulged to this filthy habit of mine Known as PMO , i have been addicted to this habit for more then 9 years now and now i am really trying to get back my life , its never too late not for me and not for you either , so for starters i want you to read this book ( YOUR BRAIN ON PORN - BY - GARY WILSON ) . It works as bible here for the fappers who really want to quit this addiction and want their life back . You really need this knowledge in order to kill this filthy enemy PMO . Knowledge is power but we often try to ignore it , i realize that only porn is the major problem in my life and if i quit it then i can get my shit together and can live a life that i have always dream of .

Its never too late , you know what , the recovery time of older guys is fast as compare to young guys , so your age here is now a benefit factor for you , whenever you get urges you can post here , you can either ask for help or you can help others who are dealing with the same problem . You will get back to normal version of yourself in time , see time will pass on no matter what , time doesnt wait for anyone so embrace it and every second away from PMO is contributing towards your healing journey so never lose faith in yourself and You can quit this , You will get everything back that you have lost due to porn . Just quit it now and never look back , You are far bigger then your addictions.
