Hello there, I hope you all are doing well during quarantine. I've been super addicted to porn ever since I was 12 or thirteen and I only discovered NoFap at the age of 15. With that said, I've been on this forum for almost 3 years, but I haven't passed 11 days throughout my time, and I haven't passed 3 days recently. This poses two questions. Is this normal for the average fapstronaut? I also thought about becoming another plan to end my addiction. Instead of going cold turkey, I'll MO without P for a week or two, then abstain from PMO. Would anyone recommend this approach towards quitting PMO?

Why doesn’t tapering work for most in porn recovery?

Will stopping porn solve my problems?

Why am I feeling so sad about giving up porn?

These articles from YBOP should help you out. Everyone has different recovery timeframes, but you really need to commit to healing or else it will never happen.

Check out these Porn FAQs if you have other questions.

I have the nofap panic button on my Google Chrome and when I try to go to that Porn FAQs, it triggers the panic button and redirects me to emergency.nofap.com. I'm guessing that those Porn Faqs have some triggering stuff on it. Am I right?

  4. Don't torture yourself, buddy. Just keep on going. Read more about nofap, semen retention. Also (IMPORTANT!!!) have a solid reason to be on nofap. Write down at least 10 things that porn is taking away from you or just 10 things that you feel nofap could fix. Write down 10 reasons why are you on nofap.
Go to gym, meditate, read - just do somethings that uses your energy everyday!

Should only be as triggering as stuff you normally stumble onto while using the NoFap forums.

I'm surprised that a NoFap program blocks stuff form YBOP, considering the site has much better guides, testimonials, success stories, and pretty much everything else than NoFap.
