Hey everyone, my name is Keith. Totally new to all this. Hoping to bring a huge and long time coming change into my life. I am a gay man who has been consuming porn in extreme amounts since I was 16 (now 24, soon to be 25 at the end of the month). I feel it has had a huge effect on my mental health and basically has drained so much of the happiness and willpower from my life and left me feeling so empty, soulless and without passion for anything whatsoever. I am just out of a break-up so I am sort of hoping to use the hurt from that as a means of finally making the changes I have needed to for years and stop using porn to soothe my anxiety and gain some control of my life. Welcome Keith ! I am also gay with years of heavy porn use behind me. It draws all energy and happiness out of you, i know the feeling... I don't want that anymore from now on, i am very determined to change, but i still know this site for 2 days. It will be a long and bumpy road till the finish, but hell, i really wanna do this.
